  • 1-hour session

  • Analysis of movement patterns, biomechanics, pain, strength, stability, and balance

  • Education on diagnosis, evaluation findings, and home exercise program

  • Thorough report of findings and plan of care will be sent to the referring physician



  • 45 to 60 minute one-on-one sessions

  • Manual therapy: hands-on treatment that may include joint mobilizations, Graston technique (instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization), and/or dry needling to address pain and promote tissue healing

  • Corrective exercises: promote correct alignment, movement patterns, stability, and strength



  • 45 to 60 minutes of one-on-one or group training

  • Examination of movement patterns, biomechanics, and strength deficits/imbalances

    • This may include:

      • Video gait analysis

      • Video analysis of weightlifting/CrossFit movements

      • Sport-specific video analysis

  • Corrective exercises and stability/strengthening program to promote improved performance and reduce risk of injury
